About the Job

We're seeking a dedicated automation specialist to join our team. As a key player in ensuring software reliability, you'll build and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Automation: Develop and refine automated testing scripts to guarantee seamless user experiences.
  • Test Execution: Execute tests across browsers and collaborate with colleagues to keep our continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines running smoothly.
  • Bug Tracking: Log and track bugs in JIRA, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Test Planning: Utilize tools like TestRail/Zephyr to plan, track, and share test progress with the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in sprint planning and contribute ideas to enhance overall quality.

Necessary Skills:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Pytest.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other test management tools (TestRail/Zephyr).
  • An understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software testing lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • API testing knowledge (Postman/REST Assured).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Understanding of performance testing principles (JMeter).
