Job Overview">

We are seeking a seasoned Release Manager to lead the end-to-end release lifecycle, ensuring seamless and reliable delivery of our AI product on Google Cloud.

This strategic role combines release management expertise with cloud engineering skills, requiring a hands-on leader who can orchestrate planning, stakeholder alignment, Go/No-Go facilitation, deployment, and retrospectives.

As a key member of our Engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, MLOps, and Product, to drive a culture of clarity in chaos and extreme ownership.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate the release lifecycle from planning to deployment and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth, reliable, and bug-free releases.
  • Lead CAB reviews and release readiness checks to minimize risk.
  • Build and manage automation-first release pipelines on Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Build, Terraform, Python).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud environment or configuration issues during releases.
  • Develop observability dashboards for real-time visibility into release health.
Requirements:
  • Proven release management experience, including CAB meetings and Go/No-Go facilitation.
  • Strong Google Cloud expertise, particularly in GKE, IAM, Networking, Storage, and Cloud Build.
  • Hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product release cycles is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
