Security Professional Wanted for India Position

This opportunity is to be part of a security team which handles the safeguarding of people, assets and information. A small team with result-oriented individuals who handle critical tasks to protect company reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional responsibilities include protecting people, physical security, asset protection, information protection and product brand protection.
  • Be the point of contact for all security-related aspects for the India affiliate.
  • Develop security procedures and policies in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments of India security situation and Mumbai Hyderabad sites.
  • Manage security expertise for both sites and attached staffs.
About You:
  • We are looking for a candidate to provide dedicated security support to CHC in India.
  • High integrity, leadership and relevant professional experience in corporate security.
  • At least 10 years of experience in people and asset security with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading geographically dispersed team members.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading auditing programs within a security organization.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in emergency and crisis management.
  • Effective communication skills, oral and written, capacity to develop strategy while managing operational ones, capacity to resist stress and pressure.
  • Solid understanding of physical and reputational risk factors and methods for mitigating such risks.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
