Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our engineering and manufacturing group, you will be responsible for driving solutions that meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLM software implementation, enterprise system development, and technical project management. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective system-based solutions.
  • Analyze process gaps and develop technology roadmaps to enhance Windchill PLM processes.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of system solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Partner with IT teams to deliver end-to-end project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PLM software implementation (PDM, NPI, CAD, BOM, MRP, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • At least 7 years of experience in enterprise system development through the SDLC.
  • Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in semiconductor/high-tech industries.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (SAP, Datamart, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAP Hana).
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira).
