About the Job:

This is a high-level creative leadership role that oversees the entire creative output of an agency, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in design.

You will collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative assets that resonate with real estate audiences.

  • Lead and manage the creative team, setting a high standard for visual design across all mediums.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the design of marketing materials such as brochures, hoardings, websites, social media creatives, and branding materials.
  • Develop and refine brand identities, logos, and style guides for clients.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear creative directions and deliverables.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, 6+ years of professional design experience, and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma).
