  • Gain in-depth understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience requirements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team across various media channels to produce high-quality work.
  • Effectively manage projects from concept to final execution within tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks to other designers and provide clear direction.
  • Present completed ideas to the team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual concepts and provide guidance to staff.
  • Train, assign, schedule, and coach employees to meet departmental standards.
  • Meet art department productivity guidelines by following quality control measures.
  • Resolve operational issues and identify process improvements.
  • Select and secure illustrative materials by formulating layout design concepts and conducting research.
