About The Role

Job Role: Data Research Fellow

This is a non-paid, commission-based fellowship designed for individuals passionate about research, analysis, and generating actionable insights that can support global projects in women's empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

We are looking for candidates who are able to conduct in-depth research, collect reliable data as per direction, and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen our international initiatives and strategies.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with project teams to provide data-backed insights and maintain high ethical standards in research and data handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on topics related to education, entrepreneurship, and social development.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from credible sources.
  • Prepare structured research reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs.
  • Identify global and regional trends to support decision-making.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must currently be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Research, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

You should also have strong research, analytical, and writing skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (experience with research databases is a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential, as is the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
