Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to train and prepare candidates for competitive technical interviews in analytics and data science. This role involves helping candidates understand and present their project experience, coaching them through analytical assessments, and conducting live interview simulations to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document candidates' data-related projects thoroughly.

  • Conduct discovery calls to assess technical and analytical understanding.

  • Create concise, story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies.

  • Prepare candidates for confident, structured project walkthroughs.

  • Conduct analytics-focused Q&A coaching and pre-interview readiness sessions.

  • Share customized interview strategies and data project documentation.

  • Assist during mock interviews with real-time analytical guidance.

  • Maintain up-to-date question banks and relevant project insights.

  • Explain statistical concepts, data wrangling techniques, and real-world analytics applications.

  • Prepare problem-solving exercises with model solutions.

  • Teach data interpretation, visualization best practices, and business storytelling techniques.

  • Emphasize practical, scenario-based analytical reasoning.

  • Provide structured, actionable feedback after each session.

  • Log session outcomes and track candidate progress in detail.

  • Flag skill gaps and ensure all coaching activities are documented properly.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, etc.).

  • Good understanding of statistics, data modeling, and business analytics.

  • Strong verbal communication and mentoring abilities.

  • Capable of simplifying complex data insights into clear business-ready narratives.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.

Benefits:

This is an on-site role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a shift timing of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to align with global client schedules.
