Job Title: Renewable Energy Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector to take on a challenging role as a team leader. This is an 18-month position available in Madhya Pradesh, with coordination responsibilities across distribution companies.

  • Oversee advisory packages, ensuring top-notch quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of substation performance, analyzing electrical and automation aspects, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting upgrade requirements.
  • Perform power flow studies to assess load conditions, voltage stability, and network strengthening recommendations using tools such as ETAP.
  • Generate detailed equipment condition reports for critical substation assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Evaluate PV plant feasibility & performance, analyzing generation performance, grid compliance, and integration feasibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact with clients and engage with state government officials and distribution companies.
  • Lead project personnel, manage team members, and ensure project deployment within scope.
  • Provide timely reporting as per contractual milestones.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in renewable energy, with 6 years in solar energy and grid integration exposure.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep technical knowledge of solar PV and distribution grid operations.
  • Proven project management expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic recommendations.
