Job Description

  • Provide expert training on installation and maintenance procedures to clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Conduct thorough remote or on-site troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of inverters as needed.
  • Analyze after-sales support data to optimize our services and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
