Drive Growth and Performance

We are seeking a seasoned growth expert to spearhead the expansion of our financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee business numbers for assigned products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with data science, product, brand, marketing, and online and offline acquisition teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Impact all stages of the marketing funnel—awareness, consideration, conversion, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to drive key business metrics, including customer acquisition cost, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, focusing on long-term customer value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and refine growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience driving growth in tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience owning the P&L of a product/category and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
