Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to clients' inquiries via inbound calls, email and on-line chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of products offered by various global exchanges to provide informed solutions to clients.
  • Assist clients with opening and funding accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Show clients how to use different features of trading platforms, including order execution and margin requirements.
  • Explain margin requirements to clients in a clear and concise manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Investigate trade issues and order executions, working closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of securities regulations and their impact on customers, providing guidance and support where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years in trading or brokerage services, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: University degree (Bachelors) required, with a strong foundation in business or finance.
  • NCFM/NISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives and currency derivatives, demonstrating expertise in financial markets.
  • High level of MS Excel skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Language skills: Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
