Job Description

This unique opportunity allows you to learn from senior designers, conduct user research, and gain hands-on experience building impactful digital products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in user research: field visits, contextual inquiries, user interviews, and usability testing with B2B users
  • Analyzing findings to create personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
  • Contributing to wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
  • Helping translate offline workflows into digital flows
  • Supporting senior designers in creating scalable and intuitive UX for web and mobile platforms
  • Documenting insights and design decisions clearly for cross-functional teams

You will work closely with a product team that spans business, engineering, and operations, gaining exposure to a full product development lifecycle—from research to rollout. This role offers real-world projects with immediate impact, hands-on mentorship from experienced enterprise UX designers, and opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong grasp of UX fundamentals and design process. You should also be comfortable talking to users in field settings, including tier 2/3 towns, and have basic proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred). Ideal candidates are curious about how India's supply chains and B2B trade networks function, thoughtful, observant, and willing to ask questions.
