About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior UX Designer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful user experiences and has a strong track record of working on end-to-end UX processesfrom research and user flows to wireframes and interactive prototypes.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to shape user-centric digital experiences that are functional, engaging, and accessible.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the UX design for digital products across web and mobile platforms.

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design decisions.

- Create user journey maps, personas, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Translate business and user requirements into user-centric design solutions.

- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure seamless integration of UX and visual design.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.

- Advocate for the user at every step of the product design and development process.

- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Mandatory Skills :

- 69 years of proven experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.

- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision.

- Strong knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and analytics.

- Experience with information architecture, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with UI design principles and design systems.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or developer collaboration tools.

- Prior experience in industries like fintech, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
