Job Title: Automation Expert for Software Quality

We are looking for a seasoned software testing professional to spearhead the development of automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software testing methodologies, particularly in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
  • Analyze and research project requirements for test scenarios and test procedure updates.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during testing.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Selenium Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
