This role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with accounting software, particularly Tally ERP, along with a solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable financial regulations in the real estate industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and records.
  • Handling taxation-related tasks, including GST and TDS compliance.
  • Assisting in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for projects.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Supporting management with MIS reports and other financial data as required.

The ideal candidate will be a commerce graduate (B.Com, BBA – Finance/Accounts) from a recognized university with additional certifications in accounting/finance being an advantage. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
