A Day in the Life

  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities.", "
  • Provide production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.", "
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).", "
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security.", "
  • Automate and document operational procedures and processes.", "
  • Research and recommend solutions to improve and streamline end-user and business experience.", "
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.", "
  • Participate in projects and provide updates on scope, requirements, timelines, and priorities.", "
  • Communicate and document technical information clearly and effectively.", "
  • Contribute to Community of Practice and project-based meetings.", "

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.", "
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management (enrollment, updates, configuration, retirement), Troubleshooting & remote management.", "
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.", "
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.", "
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.", "
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.", "
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.", "
