Job Title: Cloud Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Lead AWS Cloud Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications on AWS.

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications on AWS using modern programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, and Go.
  • Lead implementation of containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift) and automate infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready, high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code/architecture reviews to optimize performance and ensure observability using tools like Datadog.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • AWS or other Cloud Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in modern programming languages: TypeScript, Python, Go.
  • Strong experience with AWS Serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda).
  • Deep understanding of AWS-managed databases: RDS, DynamoDB.
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, AWS EKS/ECS, or OpenShift.
  • Proven CI/CD experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD.

Should-Have Skills:

  • AWS networking: API Gateway.
  • AWS storage services: S3.
  • Exposure to AWS AI/ML (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Connect or other Contact Center solutions.
  • Use of HashiCorp Vault for secrets management.
