We are seeking a highly skilled AI Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive impactful analytics and AI/ML projects.

Job Description

The AI Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery for GenAI and Agent AI initiatives, from planning to deployment. They will collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define project scope and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI/ML projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple AI projects.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Track progress using Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.

The AI Project Manager will also be responsible for facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, as well as supporting model development, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2-3 years in AI/ML or GenAI projects. They will possess a strong understanding of GenAI technologies, LLMs, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
