Talent Acquisition Lead

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our hiring efforts across global and domestic markets. This is an opportunity to build high-performing teams that drive growth in BIM, MEPF, Architecture, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior positions across all business units.
  • Developing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
  • Partnering with leaders to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Leveraging data to analyze hiring metrics, reduce time-to-hire, and improve quality-of-hire.
  • Leading employer branding initiatives to position us as a top destination for talent.
  • Exploring innovative sourcing methods and platforms to attract passive candidates globally.
  • Mentorship and guidance of a small team of recruiters; elevating their skills and performance.
  • Collaboration with HR, L&D, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and talent alignment.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or engineering-driven domains.
  • A deep understanding of global recruitment practices, tools, and platforms.
  • A proven track record of hiring for niche roles and leadership positions.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to present hiring dashboards and insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AEC, or engineering services is a plus.
