Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring drilling, concreting, and reinforcement placement is a critical aspect of this role.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards on-site by conducting regular site visits and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate records of piling & other activities for effective project management.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is essential for this role.
  • Relevant experience of 34 years is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with piling techniques, including bored piles, is required.
Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
  • Knowledge of piling techniques, load-bearing structures, foundations, construction materials, and methods is essential.
  • Basic surveying techniques, bar bending schedules, estimation, and other related skills are also required.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary for effective collaboration with project teams.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
