Performance Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly analytical and strategically skilled individual to spearhead our performance marketing efforts. Based in Dubai, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies across digital platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on turning insights into impact, with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics and a keen eye for optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.

Essential skills include hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and AdWords, as well as strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics and data dashboards.

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
