  • Studying design briefs and determining requirements
  • Developing ideas independently and in collaboration with the team
  • Creating brand playbooks based on research
  • Staying updated on current trends and best practices in social media design
  • Leading social media campaigns and pitch decks from a design language and ideation perspective
  • Exploring new features and tools to innovate visual content strategy

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Prior experience working in an agency
  • A strong portfolio of social media collaterals and brand campaigns
  • Image manipulation skills
  • Ability to use AI tools
  • Infographic creation skills
  • Familiarity with design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical work approach and meeting deadlines
