Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React, CSS, and Material UI. You will be responsible for developing clean, efficient, and well-tested code, collaborating with the Product team to define reusable patterns and best practices, and providing support for Support and troubleshooting customer interface issues.

You will work closely with the team to stay up-to-date with new technologies and rapidly adapt to emerging tools and frameworks. Excellent collaboration skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for a curious and passionate individual who is driven by exploring new technologies and techniques. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. 7+ years' work experience with client-side technologies and API design and interaction is also necessary, with hands-on experience with Rails being a must, and a proven track record with React being a strong plus.

  • Ruby on Rails: Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required for this role. Experience with Rails migrations, Active Record, and other key components of the framework is essential.
  • React: Proficiency in React is also crucial for this position. You should have hands-on experience with React components, state management, and other key concepts.
  • CSS and Material UI: Familiarity with CSS and Material UI is also necessary for this role. You should be able to write clean, efficient, and well-structured CSS code, and have experience with Material UI components and styling.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills, a strong team-oriented mindset, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
