Highly Skilled Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to perform performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance. As a ServiceNow Load Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the system's scalability and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough performance and load testing for ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports.
- Simulate 20,000+ concurrent users to assess system scalability and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Measure response times, monitor system performance, and provide detailed analysis to optimize system behavior.
The role involves evaluating system behavior under heavy usage and ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness. You will work closely with the QA team to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and ServiceNow ATF.
A ServiceNow SME may provide guidance, but the primary responsibility will rest with the QA team, which will include a Test Lead and multiple testers. The position requires professionals with strong experience in web application testing and excellent analytical skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong knowledge of web application performance testing.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
