Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department in achieving planned production targets and desired quality within specified timeframes.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs
  • Design and recondition machine control panels
  • Procure materials, develop vendors, and negotiate contracts
  • Train and guide maintenance crew members on best practices and industry standards
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in manufacturing industries with a strong track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with PLC-based special-purpose machines, utilities, hydraulic and mechanical presses, material handling equipment, and conveyors
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members
Education:
  • B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
Additional Requirements:
  • At least 35 years of age with a proven track record of leadership and management experience
