Human Resources Leader

The human resources leader plays a pivotal role in the organization by overseeing various functions that impact employee productivity and company performance.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Collaboration with Senior Leadership: The HR leader will collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's vision, goals, and strategies. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the company's mission.
  • Talent Acquisition: The HR leader will identify staffing needs and develop best practices for talent hiring and management. This includes recruiting across functions for group entities in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Employee Induction: The HR leader will coordinate with various departments to facilitate new joiners and plan their induction. This includes ensuring a smooth transition for employees and providing necessary training and support.
  • Document Verification: The HR leader will check and verify documents and reference checks for selected candidates before issuing recruitment documents.
  • Portal and Consultant Management: The HR leader will identify portals and consultants, negotiate, and finalize them while minimizing recruitment costs. This includes training HR staff on utilizing resources and identifying candidates from group employee references.
  • Performance Appraisal System: The HR leader will formulate, implement, and manage performance appraisal systems. This includes reviewing and improving the system periodically to ensure it is aligned with company goals.
  • Increment Process: The HR leader will manage the increment process and related systems in accordance with Performance Management Systems (PMS) and company policies.
  • HR Systems Maintenance: The HR leader will maintain HR-related systems and databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Employee Monitoring: The HR leader will monitor and manage routine matters relating to employees, including attendance, discipline, handling grievances, and dealing with performance and behavior issues.
  • Termination Management: The HR leader will manage termination of employees in accordance with company policy, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
  • Employee Engagement Programs: The HR leader will initiate and administer various employee engagement programs to improve morale and motivation.
  • Human Resource Development: The HR leader will take initiative in human resource development events, activities, and training to nurture, develop, and motivate human talent.
  • Team Management: The HR leader will lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of HR functions.
  • Compliance and Audits: The HR leader will monitor and ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulations. This includes managing audits of various certifications, including ISO.
  • Work Practices: The HR leader will develop better work practices to help achieve organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and employee well-being.
