Job Title: India Engineering Recruiter

Key to our success is finding talented recruiters with expertise in civil engineering or architecture.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the civil engineering/architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering/architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Skill requirements include:

Civil engineering, architecture, and/or construction management background.

Ability to develop strong professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Working closely with various stakeholders:

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruitment, preferably within the civil engineering and architecture sectors.

With a deep understanding of these domains, you will effectively manage our client's expectations and deliver top-notch results.
