Key Leadership Role in Finance

This leadership position oversees the entire financial function, encompassing strategy, cash flow management, investor relations, reporting, taxation, fundraising, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic & Operational Finance
    • Develop comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and structures to ensure seamless operations
    • Drive budgeting, strategic planning, and KPI frameworks for optimal performance
    • Support expansion projects, pricing models, and capital expenditure planning
  • Accounting, Audit & Compliance
    • Ensure timely and accurate closure of books (Ind-AS / Indian GAAP)
    • Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits for transparency and accountability
    • Oversee regulatory compliance, including ROC, RBI, FEMA, TDS, GST, and ESOP
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations
    • Manage investor documents, financial models, decks, and data rooms with precision
    • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining investor updates, board reporting, and cap table accuracy
  • Banking & Treasury
    • Establish proactive relationships with banks and lenders for efficient financing
    • Develop debt structuring, working capital facilities, and vendor financing solutions
    • Manage treasury operations to maintain liquidity and stability
  • Vendor & Cost Management
    • Govern vendor contracts, negotiate fees, and manage payouts with discipline
    • Implement cost control systems and real-time tracking processes for efficiency
