About the Role:This critical position involves overseeing the end-to-end process of personal loan flows, encompassing lead generation, application processing, and disbursement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relationship management skills to comprehend financial needs and offer tailored loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of the entire personal loan lifecycle, from origination to repayment.
- Developing and fostering strong relationships with customers to deliver bespoke loan products.
- Conducting thorough credit assessments and risk analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline loan application processing and enhance efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing loan performance to identify areas for improvement and minimize delinquency and defaults.
- Staying abreast of market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Providing regular, detailed reports and insights to senior management on loan portfolio performance.
- Graduation - Any degree holder.
- 2-5 years of collections experience.
