Programmatic Ads Planner

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Programmatic Ads Planner to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing programmatic campaigns across leading DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years experience in programmatic media planning, with proficiency in at least one DSP. They will also possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive real impact and take ownership of their work. If you are a motivated and self-driven individual who is passionate about programmatic advertising, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns
  • Conduct audience segmentation and media planning
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate across analytics, creative, and strategy teams
Requirements:
  • Based in India, able to work from home
  • 2–5+ years experience in programmatic media planning
  • Proficient in at least one DSP (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
