Media Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Operations professional to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

This role requires strong operational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless media delivery.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating media across ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and BTL/Digital platforms.
  • Managing release orders, media bookings, and campaign activations on time.
  • Overseeing trafficking of creatives and materials to media partners.

Mission-Critical Tasks:

  • Liaising with media vendors, publishers, and platforms to ensure accurate execution.
  • Monitoring ad placements, proof of execution (POEs), and delivery versus planned schedules.
  • Handling release orders, contracts, and invoicing with precision.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Tracking campaign delivery, impressions, and performance against KPIs.
  • Creating post-campaign reports and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
  • Maintaining dashboards and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in media operations, media planning, or campaign management (agency background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ATL (TV, Print, Radio, OOH) and Digital (Social, Programmatic, Performance, Search, Video, Display).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and media tools/software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, media tools, and ROI measurement.
