- 3–5 years of experience running YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads through paid video campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads Manager, tracking & analytics tools.
- Excellent knowledge of audience targeting, funnel creation, and retargeting.
- Creative thinker with ability to write scripts and optimize creatives.
