  • Review daily recipes, maintaining accurate records and folders.
  • Ensure follow-through on requests from direct supervisors or managers, demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Monitor production levels, recommending improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare electronic food requisitions, verifying accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
  • Oversee main kitchen sections and entire food production, maintaining Public Health standards and HACCP program.
  • Report for duty, following supervisor's instructions and adhering to company policies.
Financial Acumen:
  • Manage cost containment through proper use of records, supplies, and equipment.
  • Identify potential expense reductions, establishing controls to minimize waste.
  • Review timesheets, forwarding them for approval in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports and letters using personal computer systems, demonstrating proficiency in software applications.
  • Requisition items in correct quantities, meeting acceptable timeframes.
  • Conduct workstation spot checks, minimizing deterioration and waste.
Motivational Leadership:
  • Monitor assigned workstation functions, ensuring efficient service and conformance to standards.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to staff, promoting growth and development.
  • Evaluate staff and work procedures, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Makes recommendations regarding personnel actions, fostering a positive work environment.
