Transaction Investigator

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Investigator responsible for evaluating transactions to protect our global customer base, brand reputation, and profitability.

  • Focusing on learning processes and handling standard investigation cases under supervision
  • Developing foundational fraud investigation skills and client knowledge
  • Analyzing and investigating suspicious transactions to detect potential fraud patterns
  • Communicating professionally with internal teams and external customers via phone and email
  • Maintaining site quality and compliance with policies and guidelines
  • Escalating unresolved cases appropriately and ensuring proper documentation
  • Achieving weekly productivity and quality standards for investigations
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (10-12 years)
  • English Language proficiency Score - B2 (2)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with minimum guidance
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills with a keen focus on quality and customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically and maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
