Job Description

We seek an accomplished Business Manager to lead our business operations in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and act as a liaison between our organization and customers.

  • Achieve ambitious targets for Oil Additives business in the region, maintaining existing business profitability while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Create and maintain trusted relationships with customers at various levels, acquiring new customers and driving sales growth.
  • Pursue innovative solutions to meet customer needs, recommending strategic product placements and services.
  • Develop and manage effective partnerships with OEMs and industries, identifying potential target customers within the Automotive industry and working closely with them to promote our technologies and initiatives.
  • Select and implement optimal sales channels for customers and segments in the region.
  • Closely collaborate with global departments to support strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct market research activities, including market analysis, competitor analysis, and product placement analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of lubricants and its application is preferred but not essential.
