Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and priorities, driving a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
  • Establish robust quality plans, protocols, and procedures to guarantee thoroughness, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of product development.
  • Directly oversee the execution of quality activities, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies, to minimize potential liabilities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes, increase efficiency, and promote a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of quality activities, providing transparent visibility into the development process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on quality activities to senior management and stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure individual and team success.
