The Role

To achieve personal monthly hiring targets and enable regional and branch teams to achieve theirs.

  • Manage a pipeline of up to 100 candidates converting 20+ hires to new starters per month.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage inbound applicants swiftly ensuring first contact within two hours of accepting their offer.
  • Supporting candidates through the recruitment process ensuring correct documentation processing high volumes of references DBSs and right-to-work checks.
  • Ensure all new hires are fully compliant with CQC regulations booking candidates into training sessions liaising with trainers.
  • Liaise with Branch Managers and Regional Directors completing necessary risk assessments for candidates.
  • Data entry management of candidate files compliance tracker and applicant tracking system.

Measures of Success:

  • New hires onboarded per week/month.
  • Candidates booked to and attending training sessions.
  • Time to hire from candidate acceptance to first solo shift.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years administrator experience in HR or Recruitment function.
  • Exceptional attention to detail strong communication skills organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills working effectively across an organisation within a team and as an individual.

Work Schedule:

  • UK-based role requiring UK daytime working hours.
  • Monday to Friday 13:30 PM - 22:00 PM IST (9:00 am - 17:30 pm GMT).
