About this Role

We are seeking a high-caliber automation expert to deliver end-to-end solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, SCADA, historian, and MES software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring automation systems using Siemens Opcenter EXPH.
  • Defining integration strategies for various hardware and software components.
  • Troubleshooting and managing testing, validation activities.
  • Designing and developing automation solutions with experience in Automation, SCADA, Historian, MES & related Software projects.
  • Providing expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.
  • Interpreting recipe processes to conceptualize electronic recipe design.
  • Designing logical workflow, defining data input & output, parameters.
  • Experience in modules like User management, PI Management, PI Process, PI Review, Weighing & dispensing, XSI console, Equipment Management, Material Flow management, Weigh & Dispense, PI Assembly.
  • Analyzing customization functions and designing development solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in automation, SCADA, historian, and MES software projects.
  • Expertise in implementing upgrades and patching.
  • Knowledge of Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building & reporting template design.
  • Familiarity with overall solution architecture (HW, SW, Network).
  • Upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access.
