Job Title

As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will primarily drive social media strategy and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective content strategies for performance media campaigns with an understanding of platform-specific communication styles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing automation technology team to integrate digital marketing campaigns with CRM and other automation journeys.
  • Create monthly and campaign-wise content plans in coordination with design, copy, and tech teams.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize content and campaign performance to achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithms, digital trends, and competitor activities to recommend proactive strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Manage posting schedules ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content management roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience behavior.
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation or willingness to learn integration of social strategies with automation journeys and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand tonality.
  • Proficiency in platform analytics tools to track and report performance.
