We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our Governance and Policy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our organization and driving impactful governance reforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform governance reforms and develop strategic policy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to align governance reforms with broader strategic goals and facilitate effective implementation.
  • Manage governance projects and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, troubleshoot risks, and drive timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Engage with government bodies, civil society, and local stakeholders; travel as necessary to support policy rollout and validate impact on the ground.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience of 2-4 years in consulting, governance research, or similar fields is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of India's political and policy landscape, culture, and geography.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
