Job Title: Senior Tax Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Compliance professional to join our team. As a senior tax professional, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organization's tax obligations are met and that we comply with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Some of your key responsibilities as a senior tax professional include:

  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Assist in the preparation and submission of various tax returns, including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), Final Tax Returns, GST Returns, and Withholding Tax Returns.
  • Certificate of Residence Applications: Support Certificate of Residence applications and liaise with IRAS to address tax audits related to GST, income tax, and withholding tax.
  • Regulatory and Secretarial Support: Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents, including statutory registers, board resolutions, and compliance filings.
  • Fund and Incentive Advisory: Analyze tax incentives for fund vehicles and assist clients in availing the same.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Singaporean tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
