Strategic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Specialist to join our team.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update certification lists, track progress toward goals, and support team members in achieving requirements.
- Manage help desk requests, coordinate escalations, and ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver accurate reporting on Partner Center metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Facilitate co-sell motions, identify opportunities for PAL/POR attribution, and ensure accurate attribution execution.
- SUPPORT preparation and execution of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Briefings (EBCs).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the partner ecosystem.
- Experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
