Editorial Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Editorial Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital and print content projects from pre-production to publication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple digital and print content projects through pre-publication to publication to ensure effective and accurate management and publication of print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, authors, editors, and contributors to solve problems and ensure successful on-time project publication.
  • Build relationships with authors, contributors, and editors to provide updates and guidance throughout the publication process.
  • Create and provide reports to communicate the progress of titles to Content Team Managers, Acquisitions Editors, and Publishers.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate experience in delivering budgeted titles on schedule using active monitoring.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in writing and by phone.
  • Solve queries and problems quickly and completely.
  • Review manuscript components against a checklist.
  • Track and update all metadata pertaining to books in PPM CCM.
