Senior Aircraft Design Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Aircraft Design Leader to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead conceptual and detailed aircraft design for UAS ranging from tactical drones to medium-altitude, long-endurance (MALE) combat aerial vehicles.
  • Provide expertise in aerodynamics, propulsion, structures, and avionics integration.
  • Oversee simulations (computational fluid dynamics/finite element analysis) and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor engineering teams and support project execution.
  • Drive innovation in materials and manufacturing (composites, additive manufacturing).

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in aircraft design (UAS preferred).
  • Expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) tools (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks) and simulation software (ANSYS, NASTRAN).
  • Strong track record in leading complex aerospace projects.
