Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Gather, analyze, document, review, and track requirements and user stories.
  • Undertake gap analysis and maintain a list of gaps.
  • Write, review, and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Develop, review, and document business processes.
  • Facilitate and document business process reviews.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between customer/business and technical teams.
  • Presents proposed solutions internally and externally when required.
  • Supports the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality deliveries.
  • Is actively involved in pre-sales activities when required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar BA role in software development or IT consulting environment.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the SDLC with good understanding of application development, systems, and design as well as business analysis and methodologies.
  • Experience with Gherkin is mandatory.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and stress levels.
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, solution-oriented mindset, and strong relationship skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, commercial, and practical approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tailored to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to provide timely and accurate solutions to business opportunities and challenges.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
