Accounting Professional Wanted
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, prepare, and assist in day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounting books including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns and GST returns.
- Support external and internal audits by providing documentation.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Experience in SAP, Xero, or Tally accounting software preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Meticulous and organized with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work discreetly.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
