Job Description

Strategic and results-driven campaign leader is required to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This pivotal role ensures that campaigns are effectively designed, executed, monitored, and optimized to achieve business goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage campaign resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle – from ideation, targeting, and content creation to execution and reporting.
  • Evaluate and enhance brand consistency and messaging across all campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaigns and partnerships to enhance visibility and conversions.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
