Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  2. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger accounts, journal entries, and financial statements.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software, including Excel, financial modeling tools, and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
