About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data management professional who can help us build and manage systems that organize important business data like product, customer, and supplier information. This role requires someone who understands both the technical setup and how to work with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and customize data management solutions using a robust platform.
  • Create and manage data models (structures that define how information is stored and linked).
  • Design and build ways to connect this platform with other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Collaborate with the team to find the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Talk to clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the data management platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with data management platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Certification in data management or knowledge of Informatica PIM.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR MCA/M.Tech.
  • Someone who enjoys solving data problems, guiding teams, and working directly with clients.
